From the beginning, we chose to create a place where sustainability and hospitality go hand in hand. We aim to minimize our environmental impact by consciously managing energy and water, reducing waste as much as possible, and choosing primarily local products. When that's not possible, we opt for short supply chains.

That's why we apply the principle of an honesty bar: instead of a traditional bar with service, you can help yourself to a drink, and we trust that you'll honestly note down what you've taken. In this way, we create an atmosphere of mutual trust and make the stay relaxed and simple for everyone.
