We are Judith and Luc, the proud owners of Lune et Croissant, a charming Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of the High Fens.

In 2017, we met at work, and since the end of 2019, we've been sharing life's ups and downs together. It quickly became clear that, even though we both still work full time, we wanted to embark on a project together. Our five children are grown and fully focused on their own futures, which often made the evenings and weekends quite peaceful—sometimes too peaceful.

This was a challenging situation for Luc, a hobby chef who loves cooking for large groups, and for me (Judith), as I’ve always been heavily involved in the children’s sports clubs and activities.

With our individual personalities and talents, we felt that we could form the ideal team to run a B&B—preferably on the other side of the language border.

It took us about two years and many long drives to find the right property, and just as we were about to give up on our dream, we came across this existing B&B. The building itself consists of a stable and farmhouse from the early 1800s, which have been lovingly transformed into a B&B with all modern comforts.

In October 2024 we said goodbye to our home in the Kempen, and together with our loyal dog and cat, Odin and General, we warmly welcome you to Lune et Croissant!
